RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance to resolve issues, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads, follow up on potential opportunities, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Assist in marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new services, and promotions to customers during interactions and actively participating in social media campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Process procurement orders, delivery bookings, and shipments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certification or training in customer service, social media management, or related field.
- Experience with content creation for social media platforms.
- Experience working in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
- Knowledge of shipping, freight, or logistics terminology and processes.
- Fluency in multiple languages to support our diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Office Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and solutions.
CVs should be submitted along with two (2) verifiable social media portfolios of previous work done from employers within the past 3 years.
